KAZLA WOOLEN MILLS LIMITED is the sister concern of WARM-ME WOOLEN MILLS LTD which was established by the British Government in 1913. It is market driven and technology based serving the customers throughout the country with its blankets made from Acrylic. Cotton, pure New Wool, Shoddy etc.

These blanket factories have their own age-old tradition. In the early days of the current it was very tough for the then British Government owned Bhagalpur Central Jail Blanket Factory to meet the demand of blankets for different prisons of Bengla and Assam and as there was no blanket industry in this region, decision was taken to set up a new blanket factory at Dhaka Central Jail. As a result Warm-Me Woolen Mills came into being in the year 1913. Mr. Lich, an eminent expert of textile technology of U.K was entrusted to set up this blanket industry. From that period this industry was catering the need of blankets to this whole region. Main technical and traditional support for this project was received from Hordersfield and Lenkashire of England which is still followed by the present management.

In response to the increased demand of our product from foreign blanket buyers, it was decided to expand our present production facility. Accordingly, Kazla Woolen Mills Limited has been established at Gazipur Industrial Area, covering 13378 Sq Meters of land. There is also a Show Room in 125, Nazimuddin Road, Annex Central Jail, Dhaka 1000.
